Anna Engström appointed Chief Financial Officer of Scandinavian Tank Storage
Following a structured recruitment process, Scandinavian Tank Storage (“STS”) has appointed Anna Engström as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting 1st of May 2026. Anna joins STS at a pivotal stage in the company’s development, as the organisation continues to strengthen its financial governance, reporting and long‑term value creation under its new ownership structure.
In her role as CFO, Anna will be responsible for STS’s financial management, reporting, planning and control, as well as supporting the Board and executive management in strategic decision‑making. Her appointment further reinforces the company’s ambition to build a robust, professional and scalable organisation suited for long‑term ownership and continued growth across the Nordic region.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Economics in Business Administration degree from Stockholm University and brings solid financial leadership experience, with a background spanning financial management, business control and organisational development in complex operating environments from VAROPreem. She is recognised for her structured approach, strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate financial insight into operational and strategic impact.
Her recruitment follows a thorough selection process, ensuring alignment with STS’s culture, values and long‑term objectives. As CFO, Anna will work closely with the STS organisation to further develop financial transparency, strengthen internal processes and support investment decisions across STS’s terminal network.
