What a milestone evening in London.
For nearly two decades, Scandinavian Tank Storage has gathered the industry in London at the beginning of IE Week. This year’s IE Opening Party was both the natural opening of the week and a clear signal that Scandinavian Tank Storage is now entering a new phase.
Following the recent change in ownership and the launch of STS 2.0, the 2026 edition carried a distinct sense of momentum and forward focus. With strong long-term ownership, renewed leadership and a clear ambition to continue strengthening our role in the Nordic energy system, this year’s gathering reflected both continuity and development.
As always, the evening welcomed colleagues, partners, customers and friends from across the international energy community. Almost 450 industry professionals came together under one roof to reconnect, exchange insights and set the tone for the days ahead. The atmosphere was vibrant, the conversations engaging and the sense of shared direction stronger than ever.
For 20 years, this event has served as an established meeting place during IE Week, a space where relationships are strengthened and new opportunities take shape. The continued support and enthusiasm from the industry confirm the importance of this gathering as we move confidently into the future.
