K-Svets Storage AB announces new ownership and Scandinavian Tank Storage AB has appointed a new CEO

K‑Svets Storage AB, the holding company of Scandinavian Tank Storage AB, was on 11 December 2025 acquired by Aktiebolaget Nordiska Sjöterminals Companiet, a Swedish investment company majority‑owned by Swedish shareholders. K‑Svets Storage AB has simultaneously completed a name change and now operates under the name Scandinavian Tank Storage Holding AB.
The company has also appointed a new Chief Executive Officer. Sverker Lidén will assume the role as CEO of Scandinavian Tank Storage AB as of 2 February 2026.
