K-Svets Storage AB announces new ownership and Scandinavian Tank Storage AB has appointed a new CEO<\/strong>

\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

K\u2011Svets Storage AB, the holding company of Scandinavian Tank Storage AB, was on 11 December 2025 acquired by Aktiebolaget Nordiska Sj\u00f6terminals Companiet, a Swedish investment company majority\u2011owned by Swedish shareholders. K\u2011Svets Storage AB has simultaneously completed a name change and now operates under the name Scandinavian Tank Storage Holding AB.<\/p>\n

The company has also appointed a new Chief Executive Officer. Sverker Lid\u00e9n will assume the role as CEO of Scandinavian Tank Storage AB as of 2 February 2026.<\/p>\n
